8-00 to Present    Multiple private Elementary and Preschool contracts, Nursing Home SLP contracts, private practice five afternoons a week, graduate student field placement supervisor.

5-99 to 8-00    Private practice in Towson, Maryland and associate professor at Villa Julie College.

2-98 to 5/99   Director of Rehabilitation and Director of Programs and Activities. Duties include successful implementation of PPS 7/1/98. Also, total reconstruction of Programs and Activities Dementia programming, core curriculum and communication competencies. Responsible for a staff of 35 and annual budget of $1,102,000.00.

4-97 to 2-98           Rehab Manager for Part B Services at Stella Marts. Includes focused staffing, program development, implementation of restorative care for OT, PT, SLP. Duties also included development of in-house audiology program and successful outpatient program from local referring physicians.

6-93 to 4-97     Director - Speech/Language Pathology and Audiology Department of Henning & Cole Therapy Associates, Ltd. Progressive Therapy and Focus Therapy. Duties: Service Delivery, inservice education, program development, quality insurance for department of speech and audiology for 5 out-patient offices, 38 nursing homes including 3 sub-acute contracts and 50 public schools.

1992-Present    Speech Services, Baltimore, Maryland, Speech/Language Pathologist. Duties: Provide speech screenings to nursery school and day care centers. Follow-up with therapy if recommended.
