3. How does a multidisciplinary team approach work?

The therapists never acts alone. The general dentist, dental specialist, the client, and the therapists all coordinate time lines for therapy, appliances, and if needed surgeries. Also an allergist,pediatrician,and Ear,Nose and Throat physician all have input. The therapist acts as the director or conductor.
